Art of Being Mindful
This past week, Makerspace staff led a session in the Art of Being Mindful series in collaboration with the International Student Centre. Participants learned about stress-reduction through creativity while designing decorative panels with autumn themes. Future sessions are upcoming on November 9, 5-7 p.m. and Nov 30, 5-7 p.m..
